So, I'd like to apologize to both my readers for the severe lack of updating recently. I got really frustrated for 1.5-2 months of stalling and injuries. I've narrowed my squat stance and noticed an improvement on how it feels on my hips. I switched to Texas Method about a month ago, started my 5x5 at 270 for squat and 205 for bench. I'm already up to 300 and 230. I've felt great with the increased volume and hit some PRs of 350x3 for squat, 250x4 bench and 405x2 for DL.

I'm doing a meet this weekend. I hit my openners on Tuesday and they felt great. I'm planning on openning at the following:
Squat - 345
Bench - 250
Deadlift -395

My base goal for this meet is a PR in each lift, hopefully 375, 275, 420 for a total of 1070. My 'shooting for the moon' goal is 1089 which would qualify me for Canadian Nationals at 74kg.

I'll let you know how it goes. I'm looking forward to seeing what I'm made of!

Disappointed with my 2nd bench attempt, shoulda gone lower, maybe 260-265, then I could nailed a 445ish DL to qualify for Nationals. Very happy overall, I really nailed squat with a 20lb lifetime PR and 9 white lights. Full write-up and video to follow :)
 
Nice job at the meet, especially on squats. Write that shit up.
 
Congratulations on the meet, man, and especially on the squat. It just looks like you need to spend more time working on your paused bench in training. Your touch-and-go numbers suggest that a 270 with a pause isn't out of reach for you in the future. It also just looks like you should have set up a "path of least resistance" after doing so well on the squat in order to secure yourself a qualifying total. But hey, you'll learn from this experience. Congrats again!
