How's the job market where you're at? Anyone looking for a job?

Are you seeing a massive influx of people from other States?
I had at least 5 friends talk about moving there because of all the oil related jobs up there,that apparently pay very well.

Ya, it's insane. It wouldn't take long to get all 50 in license plate bingo. You can work at fast food starting out at $15 an hour.
I have a tough time on deciding if I actually like this oil activity or not. I lean more towards hating it though.
You used to be able to drive in the wide open prairies and see all sorts of wild life along the roads. Everything around here went at a slow pace.
Now all you see is traffic all over the place, garbage in the ditches, and oil wells littered all over the country side. Our roads have been destroyed, crime rate has skyrocketed, and everything has went up in price. It doesn't feel like North Dakota anymore.
On the plus side there is a huge diversity of people have moved into the area.
