Is that dude on the right really him? Or some other mma fighter? Would be funny if it was him without the beard. Not only does he have the lip thing but he has no chin either.
It's not him.

No, it's fakeIs that dude on the right really him? Or some other mma fighter? Would be funny if it was him without the beard. Not only does he have the lip thing but he has no chin either.
I don't think it's a different person, someone just photoshopped the jaw. He wasn't born with a beard, so there's plenty of photos of him before he had it to see that's not his actual chin.I dont think that was him on that other picture. You see he has some chin on him here, on the other picture he has hardly any chin.

City in Russia.Whats a Sochi?

Look at tj dillashaw when he went down to flyweight, his chin wasn’t the same. And did you see Khamzat vs hermansson’s wrestling match?he also got knocked the fuck out by decision machine Adesanya.
for Khamzat i don't think he'd be as dominant as he has been at 170lb. wrestling bigger stronger guys isn't easy even they aren't grapplers.

If he goes to 185lbs chances are strong he will stay there, there's a reason why most successful fighters go up in weight as they age and not down. I think if he filled out a little bit, he has a lot of potential at 185lbs. I think currently he's a top 10 guy but I have my doubts about how he does vs guys like Vettori, Whittaker, Muniz and potentially quite a few others. Have you seen the size of Gregory Rodrigues? I dont think he's going to body lock that guy and take him for a walk like he did the leech. Cardio becomes more of a problem when you have to try and wrestle bigger stronger fighters too.
I don't know, I think he'd make the top 10, I'm not entirely confident he becomes champion or holds a title there. I'm also not confident that he can make 170lbs anymore either...I think thats the dilemma he's in and the real reason we haven't seen him fight yet.
Spot on. People talking up his chances against guys just based on his general skillset and the styles he's likely to face. Simply saying he has the road to victory against someone like Pereira is only half the battle. That guy was a LHW by the time he walked the walk against Izzy. Taking that guy down and keeping him there WITHOUT GETTING HURT is different. Same goes with EVERYONE else. He will almost always be the smaller guy. Doesn't matter how berserk you go. You can't overcome that by just having the style the other guy lacks
plus we already seen him blow his gas tank trying to overpower guys at 170lb. how much faster is he going to run that gas tank fighting some of the giants at 185lbs. Dolidze, Pereira, Adesanya, Cannonier, Vettori, Costa, these aren't small guys. i'm betting most of them are HWs when they're not fighting.
Wasn’t your point Khamzat couldn’t wrestle well at MW? If he could wrestle with Hermansson, a bigger man, that negates your point. Khamzat dominated that wrestling match.TJ Dillashaw had never been a flyweight in his entire career. but sure, let's say Khamzat is tougher. he'll still be fighting guys who also hit harder and are a lot larger than Gilbert Burns. did you see what Roman Dolidze did to Hermansson in an actual MMA fight?
You are not seriously referring to a friendly freestyle wrestling match (Hermanssons first freestyle match ever) as a gauge for how someone would do in MMA?Wasn’t your point Khamzat couldn’t wrestle well at MW? no but it is a gauge on how well he can grapple against men of that size, obviously. You are not seriously referring to a friendly freestyle wrestling match (Hermanssons first freestyle match ever) as a gauge for how someone would do in MMA?
So it’s a fev takedown attempts in the first round and gas badly after that? That’s the take home message from that match.no but it is a gauge on how well he can grapple against men of that size, obviously.
