This is true. Worked in a steel die manufacturing shop. We needed plastic to contain the large amounts of acids we had. We used it to etch down the entire die minus the design that was filmed and lasered onto it.

I guess I gotta explain to people that Xenomorph acid blood is not a weapon. It is their defense mechanism.

They can not spit or throw acid blood at people.

T-800 with a long-ranged weapon does not need to worry about acid blood.

Hypothetically even if T-800 were hit with acid blood, it would not be "Game over man"

Many humans such as Hicks have survived being hit directly with acid blood

It did go right through Hicks armor though, luckily he got it off before all of it went all the way through. He was still out of action after that.

Terminator films states plasma weapons are extremely effective against Terminators. The T-X was designed to be an anti terminator terminator, and it's primary weapon was a plasma cannon.

In the second predator film they analyze the dart from the speargun, and conclude "it doesn’t correspond to anything on the periodic table and it has almost no weight but can cut through steel."

I imagine it'd cut through whatever terminators are made from as well, considering predators are a space faring species and thousands of years more advanced than anything in the terminator universe.

However, these xenomorphs are not exactly pure xenomorphs

They were created using Ripleys DNA which could explain why they can swim and have different abilities not shown in the previous films

Typically they try to capture humanoids to impregnate them. If they do kill a human, it's by blunt force trauma by the inner jaw which wouldn't penetrate through the T-800 endoskeleton. Only way they could achieve such a feat is by getting blood into the T-800 skull frying the CPU circuit.
