I honestly think Khamzat would fight more often but he has the UFC with their plans (waiting for timing for WW or MW) and then also top fighters are refusing fights (probably WW's because they don't know if he makes weight and MWs because he hasn't beat a top guy yet). Really sad situation considering his best win he made 170 against Burns and missed weight against a joke match with Nate that was only supposed to boost his popularity.
Burns was the top ranked guy at WW when Khamzat beat him, and the only guy above Burns hadn't fought again for him to even get booked. Normally that would've been enough for anyone to get a title shot, especially as an exciting and popular fighter.
