Some people, like me, are just explosive squatters. It looks like we got three more reps left, but the truth is, we are actually grinding.

I'm fast twitch dominant. Fat girls back in high school used to outrun me in a mile. I'm 260 pounds and my vertical jump height is 24 inches. Who the heck can jump 24 inches at freaking 5'6, 260 pounds?

Factual information - when someone states something as fact they should be able to back it up, I hate that some BS can be left out there for the whole world to read, it starts a bad cycle. Never care if I'm wrong or right, open to new info, no ego involved, just want facts if stated as such.
Helping people navigate through the health related world, particularly gym stuff, particularly noobs or lost people.
And I'm very empathetic about mental health problems or any kind of disability.

Well, I've given you all two videos. I'll just go ahead and say, "video or it didn't happen" to all of you when you're all claiming impressive numbers. It's only fair.

The only way to weasel out of that is claiming that was you in your prime and you're way too old to replicate it. Other than that, video or it didn't happen. And if you're no longer in your prime, then... Do at least 10 reps with 305 with depth deeper than my so-called "high" squat. It wasn't high. It was to depth. Stop lying.

I don't reckon I could hit 305 for 10 reps. I don't think you can either with reps that would pass at a meet. I weigh 85 odd lbs less than you though. I have paused back squats coming up soon, so I will see what I end up with.

You just front squatted your bodyweight plus 10lbs for a set of 4, I hit a similar set of Barbell lunges (3x3) as part of a session with my bodyweight plus 25lbs , for a strength comparison.

Your front squat is usually within 75-85% of your back squat. That puts you spot on with a a 320-350lb Back squat for a good set of 5 or so, (proper reps) and around that 400lb mark for a hard single or double.

Your depth was much better on these squats but you aren't squatting ATG. These are just parallel and borderline as you fatigue. It shows how high you were on that first video and you still keep forgetting the part where you didn't lock out a single rep.

Credit for putting up a video, but nobody is making you.

I knew a guy who did something round 500 pounds deadlift. He was bizzarely strong. I just clinched up with him play grappled for a minute. Like wtf was that. He was too strong. Stronger than anyone. I just don't remember the exact weight. He did 2 reps. Was it 200, 220 or 250 kg. I don't know. Was more than a decade ago. But he felt so strong.

At least work up to it. Don't just go for it. You are going to hurt yourself. Try to lift consistently before you go for PRs.

Nah I'll warm up well. I know that part. Especially the hips. Doing circles and all kind of stretches. Basically the doing round movements with all your zglobovi aka tendons ? Especially hips. Also a bit cardio to warm up. Just a very bit. Gotta keep that glycogen and atp or whatever energy to a max. Also 2 reps of very light weight for warm up. And 5 min rest after the warm up. Loading up 300 is gonna make me tired too. Probably a rep of like 40 kg for 12 reps. Than one of maybe 60 kg.

A bit risk is always there.

No 140 kg is not that scary. I didn't DL in like forever and did 130 kg on monday. Just my fingers get sore. Cartilage.

Just gotta really warm up and raw dog it.

Act humble like I don't know will I make it. Fearing it ensures I take it 110% serious. Never act like I will do it. I will atempt it. Don't look past your opponent. Not taking your opponent serious makes them a serious opponent. Gotta be a healthy fear.

140 kg is gonna feel really heavy. Hence adrenaline. Camera on and you spike your energy levels.

One rep would be good. As long as it counts. Maybe even 2. Nah don't udnerestimate it.

Just lift it up properly. Try to break it.

Carob pancakes / carob wheat eggs natty peanut butter cocoa honey banana + milk

You know cocoa is the unsweetened stuff, not nesquick. Aka baking cocoa. Cocoa and beans are actually underrated, I read a long time ago those 2 have the most micro nutrients out of anything. You can make healthy chocolate milk by stirring up baking cocoa with honey in milk. Maple syrup works even better. Don't drink it before bed as cocoa works similar to caffeine in waking you up and making you alert.

I wanna have chicken later. I'm in the mood for meat. Chicken or beef and veggies. Than just randomly snack. Or eat lunch again for dinner. I also bought tofu. I need some estrogen 😆. Snack on cheese and milk. I'm a cow. I drink milk each day. And fruit.

For some reason I'm craving whole backed chicken. Crispy skin. And the edges of the bone. That is really good for my cartilage.

Prove me wrong and out squat that 1RM I estimated and do it to depth. Film from lower, use less baggy shorts and that same left side position.
