How is the WWE worth only 1.4b market cap?

There isn#t one sure way to determine the worth of a company. The UFC is only worth 4b because they just got sold for that amount of money we don't know how much someone would really pay for the WWE or how much the UFC was worth before the Fertittas actually tried to sell it

Haha thats funny TS because That's insanely low compared to the 4b price tag that the UFC sold for.

WWE is much more widespread. They have a much larger fan base. Their youtube videos consistenly get a million views. The WWE network is making bank.

How did the UFC sell for 4b? Can someone with actual credentialed business experience weight their opinion on this. I don't want to hear opinion for unqualifiedbasement dwellers who gives an opinion on which they know nothing about. Most of you are idiots.

Of course NFL outsells wwe in merchandise but the wwe blows the UFC away in merchandise sales. Doesn't negate the fact that wwe fans spend more on merchandise at events than any other sports get.

You are correct sir, which also spurs a different thought in my head. The Reebok uniforms are meant to make the UFC look like a sport in the mainstream. The problem, mainstream sports are team sports which necessitate a clean and identity free look (most people are just buying one to fit in). If UFC did more customizable apparel with logos, nicknames, and sponsors they could actually sell some damn merch and make millions.
