You sure about that sir? I mean Melvin had some violent finishes in his day lolHes better than Melvin ffs lol.
Melvin was all hands and Khalil at least has more tools to be fair. You sure about that sir? I mean Melvin had some violent finishes in his day lol
But yeah he used to fold if his opponent had any sign of resistance
He's a violent man inside the octagon
![]()
And he has a deadly counter to the left hook
He's probably the only person in LHW with worse grappling than Pereira. If I am Pereira I would take Rountree down and submit him just to shut up those who say the BJJ black belt is a joke. Cause this is the only chance Pereira will ever get in his life to do so.
If it is just a stand up battle Rountree is not trash, but he is clearly not on Pereira's level. Anthony Smith was shockingly competitive to Rountree in their fight.
his KO of karl Robertson is one of the most vile and violent things I've ever seen in the octogon. It's what I imagine domestic abuse looks likeHonestly I've never seen him fight, I think it's because he hasn't fought any of the big dogs of the division and now they are throwing him to the wolves, damn
But I understand since Pereira is almost running out of challengers in that division already
But how good is the Rountree dude, has he crazy power? Is he like Romero was or something? How good is his striking technically? Does he have good ground game and if not can he hang with Pereira standing up?
I feel like he's improved a lot since thenTree > Hill
but he also lost to Walker so there's that.
The guy has been fighting in the UFC for years and you've never seen him sir?
I don't understand how you couldn't have seen him fight, not even once?. He's been in UFC for a long time and had so many fights. He has been on the prelims many times and on the main card many times.
