How good is that Rountree dude?

The biggest name he has on his resume is Anthony Smith, and that W doesn't look as good as when Anthony was coming up.

Khalil is pretty good on the mic.

He has the potential to be made into a star but the UFC is throwing him in the deep end. It kinda feels like he won a LHW raffle to get the shot.

He could win but on paper, it's a wildly big step up for him and a mismatch.

You sure about that sir? I mean Melvin had some violent finishes in his day lol

But yeah he used to fold if his opponent had any sign of resistance
Melvin was all hands and Khalil at least has more tools to be fair.
Both of them don't deal with pressure very well though sir.

He's probably the only person in LHW with worse grappling than Pereira. If I am Pereira I would take Rountree down and submit him just to shut up those who say the BJJ black belt is a joke. Cause this is the only chance Pereira will ever get in his life to do so.

If it is just a stand up battle Rountree is not trash, but he is clearly not on Pereira's level. Anthony Smith was shockingly competitive to Rountree in their fight.

Because Postan has show-cased offensive wrestling grappling in fights like….the first Izzy fight (where he lost the wrestling/grappling and took himself down by accident)…and…and…hmmmmmm…

Honestly I've never seen him fight, I think it's because he hasn't fought any of the big dogs of the division and now they are throwing him to the wolves, damn

But I understand since Pereira is almost running out of challengers in that division already

But how good is the Rountree dude, has he crazy power? Is he like Romero was or something? How good is his striking technically? Does he have good ground game and if not can he hang with Pereira standing up?
his KO of karl Robertson is one of the most vile and violent things I've ever seen in the octogon. It's what I imagine domestic abuse looks like

The guy has been fighting in the UFC for years and you've never seen him sir?

I don't understand how you couldn't have seen him fight, not even once?. He's been in UFC for a long time and had so many fights. He has been on the prelims many times and on the main card many times.

Maybe if he would have fought top dudes I would have definitely seen him. But if he has spend more of those years in the UFC fighting non-ranked dudes, don't expect me to know him like that
