I wouldn't go well done, but the people here who claim you must get a steak rare or medium rare are wong as well. It depends on the cut of hte meat. Some steaks do better when cooked a bit more so the fat kind soften and flavor the meat.

For me I like filet medium-rare. I like ribeye medium
