You have to treat them right. Leave a care package of chips and bottle of water saying thanks for your hardwork.Ups guy said fuck off and left my dumbbells in the driveway <Oku02>

those things are so close to identical, it's a sticker difference charging $100 more. You'll like em, then only use 2. Sell the other 3 for the $55Picked up some knock off Mag Grips from Amazon. Cheapest set I could find was $60 under the Signature Fitness brand. Most other knock offs were at least $120 and one with bad reviews was $100. These seem fine to me, but I'm no Mag Grip expert.

I ordered Signature Fitness knockoffs and after I posted I saw that the box they came in was Balancefrom. Ordering the Balancefrom will run you $100 while a box full of the exact same shit cost $65 if you order the other brand.those things are so close to identical, it's a sticker difference charging $100 more. They're fun but I don't think they carry over to much. No pun intended.Do any of you guys use grippers (or something else like that) for direct grip training? I remember the COC trainers being popular in the old S&P (RIP). I never got into it. Wondering if there's any benefit to supplement grip training like throwing one in my desk at work or bringing with me on long weekends if I'm not training.

I still have #1.5 and #2 somewhere and can confirm they have limited to zero carryover to anything other than impressing people at work because you have them lying on your desk as a paperweight. I started out struggling to close 1.5 but after a few months could close that one 20 times with my right hand and #2 twice with right hand and once with left. Zero impact on gym lifts or grappling.
Best way I've found to improve grip with carryover is old fashioned Manuel Labor and/or repetitive gi gripping as in Judo randori or to a lesser extent BJJ rolling.
I got mine from Aliexpress. It's too many attachments though. I think I have 8 of them for 50 bucks. My friend has the real thing and he swears they are much better.Picked up some knock off Mag Grips from Amazon. Cheapest set I could find was $60 under the Signature Fitness brand. I got some stuff that I am pretty sure was just rep fitness without the logo. I got these cool inzer knockoff sleeves for maybe less than 1/3 of the price. I got to try them out this weekend. I can put a 2 10 lb plate on it without it collapsing.Have seen YT'er open a bar from a company with another brand end cap on it.
And I forget what piece it is, but something in my gym has another logo branded into it. Now it's gonna be a scavenger hunt on what it was.
This Chinese equipment maker hit me up asking if I wanted custom plates made. Leadman fitness or something. Their stuff looks just like what comes out of 3 big companies website. The Flek plates, the AB4100 bench, camo barbells... only thing changes is the emblem and price.
That's what I figured. My grip is a weakpoint in lifting and in my BJJ, so I guess I was hoping there was a magic bullet.
The Crandall Fitness FID i got for $299 is the REP bench. It's the same thing. I know because the boxes were labeled AB3000 lol.I got some stuff that I am pretty sure was just rep fitness without the logo. Depends what you want to get out of a mace. 40lbs is all you need to be a monster at the implement@deadshot138 thinking of going the Kensui adusta-mace instead of needing 3-4 weighted maces. Bonus that it's built like a wooden bat, familiar grip for many a years. Or does it have a low side topout limit?
going to be sneaking them in more. At 1st thought was just a niche shoulder pre/rehab tool but after going over 20lbs, they feel incredible and can feel muscle recruitment core to handsDepends what you want to get out of a mace. 40lbs is all you need to be a monster at the implement
