Just started doing chest / bear hug carries with the 200. The amount of abdominal tension needed to keep your organs and guts from getting mashed is crazy. First try my body went limp like 6 paces in.I love em. Same exercises you already do with a massive amount of core injected in it. Carry, squat, throw, shoulder, pick up/put down, just dead weight. You can pile them in a corner like a snowman, they don't leak out.
The gap between 150 & 200 is too big for some lifts. 200 won't go up when out of breath and 150 moves too quick for heavy drills.
