If I hurt them so badly that they died I would deserve to be charged with involuntary man slaughter. Not a smart thing to do over a damn water gun.

Tbf I'm reading conflicting reports from the same source on the issue. For me if you hit them and they banged their head in this scenario I'd say you're okay for me but if you were stomping on them on the ground then you wouldn't be

They didn’t stomp him to death though. He died when his head hit the pavement after being knocked out. Which was the result of a fight that the victim sought out and created.

I would say involuntary man slaughter on the first one or higher if they really stomped on him.

I don’t believe the stomps resulted in his death. It probably should have been agg assault for all of them.

I don't like that as a law really. If you punch someone then it wouldn't be classed as much of anything in this scenario, just because you're unlucky and they fall badly and die I don't see why the punishment should be different when the act is the same

It was reported that they stomped on him which is evidence that it wasn't just a freak accident.

Since all 3 jumped in and that they did stomp him I think agg assault. If the stomping cause the death (from the ME it didn’t) then it’s more likely voluntary not involuntary.

Liming died when his head hit the pavement after being punched in the face, according to authorities. The medical examiner ruled his death a homicide.

According to the medical examiner’s report, Liming’s injuries included “relatively superficial injuries to the face, torso, legs, arms and left hand.”

You should have just said yes. That happened after the fight and that doesn’t prove what you claim.

Murder is also a legal definition. Tell me you don’t understand the law without telling me you don’t understand. It makes sense why you don’t really comprehend what’s going on and why you’re confused about the verdict. Have a good day buddy.
