No you idiot, I plainly said in that thread that the person the guy swinging the object at him was guilty of assault and robbery. I also said the victim should not have been in that neighborhood.

You plainly said it wasn't a hate crime and then laid the blame on the asian guy for being in the wrong part of town.

I still say it wasn't a hate crime and the guy that robbed him wasn't charged with a hate crime.

I have multiple posts in the thread, stop isolating a single post to try and form some conclusion as to my thoughts. And the victim shouldn't have been in that neighborhood, it wasn't even the first time he was robbed in that same neighborhood by the same individual. With that said, it still doesn't mean he should have been assaulted or robbed. Just because I said he shouldn't have been there doesn't mean I'm absolving the guy that robbed him.

Think of it like this... Desiree Washington shouldn't have been in Mike Tyson's hotel room at 3 am if she wasn't there to fuck.... Also if she was there at 3 am and did not want to fuck, Tyson does not have a right to force her and if he did, then he should have went to prison for it.

My take is that @sleepyguard85 made a racist comment that blacks are a lesser race (incapable of being equal to whites), and @Seano despite his posturing doesn't actually care about racism. As we saw last week in another thread Seano did his best to call @vengeful racist for merely saying the asian guy shouldn't have gone into a bad neighborhood. There is a right wing push to devalue the word racist; granted some SJW use it too liberally. It's telling of Seano's character that he made a concerted effort to label Vengeful as racist by twisting his words, yet says nothing when faced with actual racism.

On the subject at hand my thoughts are pretty much the same as yours and I'll add that I hope robbery with an assault nets serious time. This is brutal, savage, sociopathic behavior.

It is my take that poor blacks in America will never get to and equal footing with whites or Asians as long as this behaviour is tolerated and ways to combat this behaviour are ignored.
