Crime Guy RNCed on NY subway dies.

In all seriousness, I am all for people helping out others from trouble makers, but you can't be excessive with it.. choke the guy out and hold him maybe until police arrive.. I heard he could have been choking him for 15 minutes? I don't know.. hopefully not.

If it was a normal choke and the guy just had a crazy reaction that could not have been anticipated, I don't think he should be charged.. only if it was held excessively long to cause damage.
 
Also how was the guy walking around if he attempted murder, was it decades prior?

I don't understand how a marine couldn't apply a choke and then restrain Neely, but people are nervous with all the violence in the subway. The marine fucked up and must face justice.

I have no issue with the marine nipping the problem in the butt before it started but the issue is the length of time of the RNC. The marine didn’t fight the crazy or was it a case of self defense. He pretty much snuck up behind him and choked him while guy was screaming. There are reports he held him in a RNC for minutes.

edit: I saw parts of the video. The marine isn’t highly trained. He had bad choke technique and you see the crazy guy go in and out but the marine kept holding + squeezing. Around the second min mark the guy goes limp but the marine kept going while another guy got him in a half ass kimura setup. I honestly don’t know who is at fault but the video footage is hard to watch.

Yeah I was going to say. RNCs alone don’t kill people unless they have some serious health problems.

Yeah they do, cuts off oxygen to the brain. Now Michael Crackson may have had an advantage by surviving with minimal neurological connectivity when it was alive, but getting a blood choke on you for that long (if true) is a death sentence .
