How can Gus be underrated when he is ranked 2-3 while having Shogun as his top win. Tito has a much better top win - Bader.
Diaz has a chin (Jk). I don't think people dislike Gus as much as they dislike his fans. Ts is a perfect example.
He needs to move up to HW.The guy beat Jones pretty much and got robbed. He then barely lost to DC and could have easily won that fight if he tried a bit harder. I think it's ridiculous they expect him to fight this Jan guy when he comes back, he should be rematching Rumble IMO. He needs to avenge his losses and then get a shot at the title.
Him and Frankie Edgar are the most overlooked guys in the UFC

He controlled Manuwa the entire first round and proceeded to knock him out in the second, breaking his unbeaten record.... Yeah why the fuck didn't he impress you more? damn noob needs to work on his striking game... Your name almost suits you.
Knocked him out after sticking his finger in Manuwa's eyes. I think he would have won without it but just saying. If that was Jones, everyone would be saying that was the only reason he won. Gus actually has more eye pokes leading to finishes than Jones does.

This was the best one though:
Well I think he's just playing the game. Unfortunately running your mouth is the only way to get big fights these days. Gus already got gifted a title shot now the he has to work other angles to get what he wants.Gus started acting like his fans though. He was humble and accepted his close losses after the fights. Now he claims he was robbed just like his idiot fans do.
Actually he lost all 3 of them fair & square, even if you think the scorecards were wrong against Jones he still definitely didn't beat DC or Rumble.
Jones doesn't have the power to finish people, so you're argument is lacking heavily there.
And no, he didn't knock Manuwa out right after the eye poke, go watch the fight again you troll.
Don't forget he's also a convict.Gatekeeper
nothing more
4-1 in the DC fight, apart from the knee he spent most of the night getting mauled in the clinch and turning his back and running.Rumble fight you can't argue with, the Jones fight he clearly won, I've watched it probably 20 times and I think it's clear he won rounds 1,2,3 and dominated jones for about 4 minutes in round 4 before getting hurt (although he never got dropped so I'm kinda torn scoring that one, but leaning mostly towards Jones).
DC fight he lost 3-2 but almost knocked him out.
Overrated? Hell no. Underrated? To a certain extent.
He is yet to be beaten fair and square

There was a brief stoppage in the opening stages of the second round, as Manuwa received an accidental poke to the eye. On the restart, Gustafsson immediately pushed into a clinch, where a well-placed knee stunned his opponent. A series of pinpoint hooks then sealed the deal, as Manuwa crashed to the canvas, and the big Swede followed with more strikes on the canvas, forcing referee Marc Goddard to call off the fight at the 1:18 mark of the second frame.
Go hump someone else's leg, nuthugger.

somewhat meaning looking for reasons to give a round to Gus.Not really, 3-2 if you are somewhat objective.

Lmfao, are you retarded? GO watch the fight again like I told you, around 4,20 in round 2, Manuwa gets poked and takes his time to recover, 3,47 is where they clinch and Gustafsson lands his knee. Mauna almost landed a hard right overhand after he recovered.
Nice try though, completely wrecked.
