Guns...who's packin'?

They are nifty, but I am happy with my P07 and Makarov

I like having my pinky on a pistol I am shooting

Everybody has a pocket 9 coming out. If I was buying one, I would go PF9 for the sub 300 spot, the Kahr CM9 if I wanted to spend about 400 though. It's a bland (not melted, not scroll marked) PM9 but everything is the same except the slide stop.

My mom carries the CW9 and the grip and slide are just a wee bit longer than on the PM9.

The CW9 is the cheaper P9 both having 3.5" barrels and an extra round in the magazine... the CM9 is the cheaper PM9 both having 3" barrels.

All 4 are good carry guns.

Shit, I misread your post and thought it said CW. Sorry for the condescending response.

No problem. CM9 just came out this year, so I just assumed that you were confused.

Indeed I was. Thanks for letting me know, the CM9 would be perfect for my wife because she could conceal that without having to put it in her purse.

I may have to get a Kahr just to try them out

I feel like a nuthugger but my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The only thing I can say is that the manual lists a 200 round break in and it's not lying. They come super tight out of the box.

Tokarev's are a good time, the rounds scream!

I have been thinking about getting a CZ52 and cleaning it up a bit

I am eyeing this

A steal for $650

They are less than 200 for a surplus

I like old pistols and this looks like a keeper

They are the most durable gun chambered in that round. I am also a fan of old guns. If I got my C&R, I'd be broke in a month.

I'm packin' a Glock 23 in an outside the waistband holster and a Smith and Wesson 340PD in a pocket holster right now. Both have Hi-Viz front sights, which is something I will keep consistent whenever I buy another carry gun. The likelihood of being attacked at night in low light or dark conditions makes it very important. Of course, not nearly as important as the proper mindset and situational awareness. Not to mention training.

Prices are going down. SOCOM models are around $1200 NIB nowadays, down from $1600-2000.

I mean one of the factory select fires...I think SA made 125 factory select fire M1A's and another company made about 175.

I gotta get a photobucket account so I can post pics.
