As it should've been. The ATF has no right to regulate a piece of metal or plastic.
Which means suppressors shouldn't be regulated, either. :)

The fact that all the attention is on rifles is very telling.... rifles constitute 3% of gun crime. Handguns over 90%.

The difference? Handguns aren't a weapon that poses a significant threat to an opposing armed and armored force.

They don't care about the safety of kids and civilians, they care about the safety of their enforcers.

At least we have 4 years where we don't have to worry about "assault weapons" ban from people who cannot seem to clearly describe what an "assault weapon" actually is.

Though I know any sort of CCW law is going to get pushed back on by California and take years of appeals so it will never pass. :(
