This is the death throes of a wildly unpopular government. The amnesty for gun owners extends till the date of the next election, and the incoming government has already said they’re going to reverse theee decisions. A complete waste of time.

Canadian govt just added 250 firearms to the banned list so even though I passed the gun safety course and pased a background check and purchased it legally I can no longer take my .22lr to the range or farm b/c the barrel is less than 16 inches. Fucking totalitarian Trudy.

If PP keeps his promise he’s going to reverse everything to before the 2020 ban, and then completely revamp the system to undo the inane banning of firearms by name and not characteristics.

It's illegal to have weed federal wise not state wise. Technically he is breaking federal law.

However are you now saying weed is just as bad as crack.

One is actually legal in some states that creates a conflick with states its legal in. I don't know of any state where crack is legal.

The issue at hand isn't the severity of the drug but rather the lying on the relevant form. IMO alcohol is a more severe intoxicant than weed but it's legal to consume while owning a firearm. Not to mention Rogan does other drugs like DMT.

If he is using illegal drugs other then weed he is lying on the federal form when buying a gun and should be held accountable.
 
How do we know Joe Rogan isn't smoking THCa? Or consuming HHC or delta 9? That's legal in the State of Texas.

Unless it's legal at the Federal level it's still an issue I believe . . . at least when answering the question on a 4473.
