Training camp isn't a set thing though. The 'competition' itself only takes place on Fight Night. Out of competition testing is just to make sure you don't have an advantage prior to the competition itself.

Well.....besides being an "upper"......Cocaine would definitely help in weight cutting.

While it might not benefit the performance on fight night.....it could benefit the user by allowing him to cut weight much faster. Many drugs on the banned PED list are also used for cutting weight and retaining muscle. Because Cocaine is also a recreational drug is that why it is not included on the list for out-of-competition testing?
