Or you're just assuming that all black women are aware of what you're talking about, while a good portion of the ones I've interacted with my entire life have no clue. They do you’re just not talking to enough black women.
See above. And a lot do realize the damages.
You really think "corporate spaces" is what was preventing black women from going the natural route? "Straight hair is the only hair that's beautiful" has been marketed towards black women for generations. I'm sure there are some black women out there who straightened their hair so they could better fit into corporate spaces, but there are also women how there who've been conditioned into thinking that their natural hair is less beautiful than straight european hair (and in worse cases they think their natural hair is ugly). It’s that just now there are laws preventing discrimination based on your natural hair type. It’s been long considered unprofessional for natural black hair textures to appear in corporate spaces.
See above. Also the stigmas of not assimilating your hair type has been forced early years.
Nope, you're just making a lot of assumptions over this topic. Unlike you, I'm not talking about all black women, just a portion of them. How can I be wrong about the women I know and have interacted with personally? Then you have the nerve to talk about these women that you don't know at all <Lmaoo>.You don’t understand the issue well enough if you’re giving this reply.
