    I hope youre all well and that all is golden. Im rocking out on some strange japanese island, fighting freedom, and desperately looking for a decent gym. Things are good though despite the robot space ants that have taken up residence in my cranium...

    my experience with japan was - 3 fried food meals a day and the gyms consisted of 5 lb pink dumbells



    no worries bout those ants mate....

    Good to hear from you. Have you finished uni now? Or are you in Japan on your placement year or something?

    Anyway yeah, hurry up and finish uni so you can post regularly again.
