lol, this is the one I though of first.....Pete Williams on Mark Coleman pretty damn good kick too.

I've always thought the most brutal was Razor Rob on Olaf Alfonso....bodykick, punch, out....then he unloads on him while the ref runs over to get the mouthpiece.....

Also, Mach on Alfonso was pretty goddamn brutal and clean. Alfonso looked like he ran into a brick wall of an overhand.....then slowly falls to the canvas.

5'9 225lbs Brad Kohler was. Still my favorite, no combo just one devastating blow that left Judson literally snoring in the cage.

Why are people including Hendo/Bisping? That wasn't a one punch KO. There was a huge follow up shot.

An example of a one punch KO is Liddell/Evans.

Bisping was knocked out COLD after the first shot. Dan just put the other one in for good measure.
