Died on this day in 1995. I was on my way to a friends house to pick him up for work when I heard the news on the radio. We took the day off and sat in a bar that had nothing but the Grateful Dead on the jukebox. The place slowly filled up with fans and we celebrated the incredible life of Jerry Garcia. R.I.P.

Yeah, a sad day indeed. Is it only me or did Jerry have an expression on his face when singing as if he had the entire world on his shoulders ?? Anyway, us deadheads in Australia were deeply shocked by his passing

I've seen them a ton at Underground Arts, Johnny Brenda's, and Snipes.

Snipes Farm is literally a mile from my house.

They put on a great show and always sound really good.
