GOP ramps up attacks on front-runner Donald Trump in wake of KKK endorsement

Ever think maybe you are the stupid one for lacking the ability to comprehend why they are voting for him and not for the two idiot snake oil salesmen who you would see run the gop for the next decade. Like a fool you dismiss them as stupid yet in reality you are the one that lacks the intelligence to figure it out. Iv seen so many ignorant posts from you that you really stand out above all the other stupidity of the war room and that's saying a hell of a lot. Id guess either you work for one of the others and your salary is to be dumb and dismissive as far as Trump or you simply really are a low iq simpleton.

They support him cause they rather stand by an honest asshole then then lying conniving scum owned by lobbyists special interests and what ever rich benefactor got them this far. Its just this simple, they have hope in him while they and we all know that trash like Rubio or Cruz is the some old shit if not worse.

Can't say I've noticed other posts by you in here but judging by this post and the dubs, I'd assume you and I have different criteria for what good posting is in the war room.

If Trump were honest, he would have a whole lot more of an argument in my mind for being viable. Problem is he lies every week about his own stances and switches his opinion when convient. The different is his support isn't holding him to those lies and also is excusing almost every flaw his candidacy has. How many times have we heard "well I like Rubio but he's not conservative on immigration". Think of the amount of subjects you can fill in for that on trump that he gets a free pass on. Prochoice, single payer socialized medicine, wealth tax, etc. it's not even close but I don't think you were arguing ideology rather than honesty. You just need to watch the last debate and then fact check to see how much trump is lying, especially about things he just said recently.

Nothing sticks to this guy. He is obviously lying about the earpiece. He repeated the guys name and has mentioned it in the past so he knows the name, but it won't matter.

I keep hearing about this, and I will eventually watch the video, but what's the big deal? The Republicans did this name attack with Barrack "HUSSEIN" Obama in 2008... so the Democrats are stooping to this level now? And it's supposed to be ok?
What you're not getting is that it's a response to the "Trump" brand. When little donny lies about his fortune, the bulk of it is valuing his name at billions of dollars. Remember this man filed a 5 BILLION dollar defamation suit over that name. In a deposition, "Trump admitted that his sense of financial worth depends on his feelings day-to-day." That's the source of the name joke. It helps to know what you're talking about.

Trump shames Jon Stewart for changing his last name, claiming he isn't proud of his roots...

You sound poor, and petulant. This is the type of matter that people with IQs under 60 obsess over.

Seriously, get a life.

That's pretty ripe. Still, it's nothing big.

Especially when you find out his real last name:

The "Drumpf" thing isn't implying anything about Trump or his heritage though, it's just attacking his brand. Oliver spelt that out explicitly in the video.
The issue with the emphasis on "Hussein" was that they were trying to make Obama seem un-American and muslim as a political attack.
The issue with Trump attacking Jon Stewart's name change, was that he was highlighting the fact that he's a Jew.
It's the dog whistle bigotry that's the issue there, not the fact that they were playing funny buggers with his name.

Why are the GOP attacking Trump for his KKK endorsement ; the GOP , Fox and the conservative Blogosphere created Trump, by nurturing and channeling racial antagonism within the the angry White grassroots. Now all of a sudden the GOP and conservative high falutin media is crying foul.

Good. I hope it impacts the GOP minority votes. I hope this asshole doesn't reach 1,237 because in the event of a "draw" he doesn't have a chance in hell of getting the nomination. Trump should understand this from his casinos. He wanted to be the player, not the house.

Well, push goes to the house.
Was just reading an article on Latino/Hispanic evangelicals who frequent Mega Churches, including Joel Osteen's one. A reporter asked the church goes if they would vote for Trump and the answer was a NO, they would never vote for Trump. These are Republican evangelical Hispanics/Latinos we are talking about.

This election is going to see Hispanic/Latino voting records broken , voting agains tthe GOP if Trump is the nominee.

Sorry GOP, you wanted Mussol- er...Trump, you get to reap the foolishness he brings.

Sure thing. Me and John Oliver are impoverished idiots because you are embarrassed.

It is funny, but it's not the complete smack down people are making it out be, especially since Oliver could easily do the same thing to Hillary but won't.

Oliver explained that he went after Trump because he was directly on the receiving end of one of Trumps lies. Trump claimed he turned down being on Oliver's show down 4 or 5 times when in fact he had never been invited, so Oliver retaliated. I see nothing wrong with this, and see no reason why Oliver should be obligated to go after Hilary or any other politician.

there is nothing honest about him. hes being sued for running a fraud of a school. trump university, lolol! he kept lying about always being against the war in iraq until there someone digged up a tape of him saying it was a good idea.

Both are dog whistle politics. Can't believe this moves a needle for anyone. It's funny but it's unimportant.

Obama was just a difference in ideology. Trump is that and a difference in values/character. The party sees how well they could be positioned with younger diverse politicians like Cruz and Rubio and see that next decade of progress being smashed by a bigot going for broke and using the party as hostage.
Trump isn't a difference in values/character, he's the embodiment of what the GOP has been pushing over the last 8 years--as is Cruz.

I don't think anyone thinks it is important, not sure why you'd suggest otherwise. Also, Drumpf isn't dog whistle politics.
