Higher count of red blood ceels, and maybe a slight increase in blood pressure, would ussually be tolerated/accepted in TRT treatment - but would also increase the likelyhood of a blushed face.

I think Rosacea is much less likely in play here.

Yeah, one can only guess. I'll add he's white, on top of that of Irish descent (he claims so), so he has the "right" genetics for Rosacea, too.

Could be both, or only TRT, for all that we know.

And stress is linked with Rosacea, anecdotally. It did hit me hard after a traumatic event...but it cured itself, haven't had a relapse for years.
