What are good cardio exercises, I'd imagine jogging and sprints as well as jumping rope and maybe knee highs. but is there anything else?
 
how you intend to use these activities is as important as the activities themselves. Got a schedule in mind?
 
ok, thanx. what exactly do you mean by how? Like, what I want to achieve? I want to burn fat and build cardio endurance. also, what's a burpee? thanx alot.
 
any exercise you don't recognize can be found in the glossary in strength and power.

and I mean if you are going to do interval training every day that's less than optimal, same thing with jogging or doing burpees. How you string these things together for a schedule is important.
