Not to sound weird but can you post pics of your current self and track it week by week? I'm curious to see the progress on body comp.

Our ancestors were called hunters AND GATHERS, they didn't gather meat, they gatherd wild groweing veggies, fruits, berries, mushrooms etc etc

Can't find too many good references, as most of what I say next came from a few papers / reserach gathered in a few Archeology classes.

Hunter / Gatherer societities were typically unable to survive based on Hunting vs gathering, meaning, they really didn't Hunt / consume meats as much as is implied.

The energy to be able to track, hunt, kill, drag back, clean and finally consume was to high to make this a feasible day-to-day (especially eating meat 2-5x a day?) diet.

Most of the Hunter Gatherer societies were really just Gatherer, with a smattering of "luxury" meats.

Truth is nobody really 'knows' what exactly our ancient (way ancient) ancestors were up to with their nutrition and I would assume that anyone that says they know for sure are deluded or trying to sell you something.

A lot of really varied theories have merit. Over millions of years, who knows exactly what scenario applied? Maybe more than a few applied at sometime or another. It's fun to think about but I think the archeological record needs to be filled in just a bit more until we radically change our diets to subtract stuff like veggies or cooked meat (raw foodists are crazy) from our diets.

I tried something akin to this a few years ago, and it worked great until I went on vacations and fucked everything up.

Now, I had HUGE problems with my bowel movements, it'd take me days to go do number 2, and it was never pleasant. I even consumed green veggies to help with the fiber intake, but it did little to help.
 
I hope you realize you've inspired me to up my meat intake. Not that I wasn't eating lots already. I just bought a shitload of chicken thighs, steak, and bacon. :D
 
-Cultures that eat all meat diets have very near no incidence of: diabetes, tooth decay, heart disease, cancer, alzheimers, obesity, and other common diseases. This is regardless of their avg. amount of physical activity.

Those cultures haven't got a zillion things. So you can say a zillion things cause these deceases. Makes no sense whatsoever.

LMAO, failure of the century. You're saying that diet has no effect on overall health? Then, tell me why these so-called primitive peoples started getting the chronic diseases of western society when they started eating like the "civilized" ones.

A) They get sick because the western diet is drastically different than the one they had

or

B) Western diet sucks balls

But, there are so many different areas in the world that have wastly different circumstances and
different foods are availible in different quantities and time frames that any one primitive diet is really just that, one of them. For instance in tropic regions fruits are more commonly availble than in the northern regions. So primitive people on different regions would have wastly different diets. But one thing is sure, they didn't eat Rice Crispies for breakfast.

Show me real professional scientific research results backed up by real professional scientific research results. Especially look for this specific diet now you're at it since that's what we're talking about. You can't find any can you?

Eating healthy has effect on you're overall health, that's what's a proven fact, but that's not what we're discussing are we?

If you can show me one research (not held by a company that benefits from idiots like yourself) that this specific ridiculous diet is any good, i'll will show you a few thousands that say eating vegetables is good.

C) It has nothing to do with diet, but with stuff like smoking, polution in any way, stress, the chemicals we use in everything (from showergel to to anti-bug spray on you're apple), etc. etc.

I think the guy you quote doesn't understand that the shady researchers he found somewhere didn't bring happy meals to the forrest.
 
I wouldn't stretch it so far. Im pretty sure that what you eat has an impact on your health. But, it is not the only thing that affects health and well being. Like you said, stress is a big factor. Chronic stress has been proven to cause loss of memory, elevated blood pressure, elevated blood cortisol levels etc. Many things are different in modern world compared to primitive.

Easy. Look up the Bellevue study on Stefansson at any science library - two candidates in a tightly controlled study on an all meat regimen for a year coming out in perfect health. Or even better, go to the zerocarbage site and download Not by Bread Alone online for free, or perhaps visit the forum and see the hundreds of members thriving on this diet. There is a whole lot of information to educate yourself with, but you're probably too much of a close minded ignorant fuck to learn anything. Don't feel left out, the vast majority of the people in the world are sheeple.

Looked it up and ofcoarse couldn't find anything about this specific diet preventing all kinds of deseases. Bummer, thanks to your post and shady researches i almost believed aids among all tribes in Africa was some kind of hoax because theire special non-western meat diet would have prevented it.
