It's all good. No one ever takes my diet advice anyway. I've been in good shape for essentially my entire life and not a single friend, family member or coworker has ever taken my advice. I laugh at my mom because she straight up ignores my advice to have a sensible low carb/high protein diet and instead takes diet advice from family members that are on Ozempic.
I have no doubt that you'll make it through the month, but I do question the point of yo-yo dieting like this. It's not sustainable and you don't plan on sustaining it, so what's the point? You'll either slip back into your old habits after this month or you'll be required to switch to a sensible diet to maintain or continue your progress. Just switch your eating habits up now and you'll wind up in the same place in the end with less work and higher odds of succeeding. It'll also be easier on your body and your mind.
