Yeah there's no freaking way GG is an undersized LW. He wrestled D1 at 157lbs over a decade ago. He's easily walking around over 180lbs now a days.

Fight night he's 5 foot 9 over 170lbs with very very low bodyfat. There's no way he's small or low strength for that weight-class.

Gillespie is 5'7". Yancy Medeiros towered over him, and Yancy is around Max Holloway height.

True, but I think Lee's size and strength advantage will have Gregor defending multiple takedown attempts until Lee shits the bed. Some of his physicality will negate a bit of GG's rasslin' in the opening minutes but it won't even matter in the end.

Lee is a giant compared to Gillespie. WIll be hard to outgrapple a bigger guy who is also good at wrestling

I've seen both the NCAA and UFC list him as 5'9. Maybe that picture is just a bad angle or Yancy is closer to 6 feet

Tough match up for Lee coming off of losing 3 of his last 4. But it's still a winnable fight. I believe he's a better striker than Gillespie, and I suspect training with Firas has helped that along. If he can keep the fight standing, that's his best chance of victory imo.
