The simplest explanation by far is that they had people watching the residence.
I would be happy to look at a source, or to other outlets footage.

How would having someone watching his residence allow for them to be there and set-up an hour prior to the feds arrival? I guess I don't care enough to keep arguing it, but it seems more than suspect to me.

-since the indictment has been in the pipe for months, and because Stone himself has stated that he expected to be indicted, hardly a stretch-
and since the reporter had seen activity at the relevant courthouse.

They didn't set-up and film and light and report that arrest with one guy, one reporter who was "staked out" and jumped out with his iPhone and selfie recorded himself as they rolled up. That's my point. They were aware, and set-up, prior to the arrival of the feds. It's pretty simple.

• Pg 2 para 6 describes Stone confirming he has contact with Wikileaks
• Pg 4 para 12 After the July 22 2016 DNC email dump, a senior tRUmp campaign official was directed to contact Stone about other damaging info org 1 had and future releases, Stone thereafter told the campaign about future releases of damaging material org 1 had

There in not even 4 pages of a 24 page indictment you have (layman term) collusion between a foreign entity and the tRUmp campaign plus Roger Stone to release damaging hacked electronic communications

Roegain asked him about the Mueller investigation and he said it's going nowhere. His reasoning for that opinion is that no one in Washington can keep their mouth shut. You do realize that Mueller does not have to spell out collusion at this time and can add additional indictments when ever he wants.
