Open your eyes. GSP is one of the most iconic MMA fighters out there. He is in commercials, sports betting aps etc. That's not making stuff up noob its a fact.
I didn't say he wasn't,doofus

6: Mir, Rampage, Sonnen, Coleman, Sylvia and Arlovski
+ Big Nog was Interim Champ

Lol...

Sonnen? Nog?

They were all years removed from being UFC champ, and in Nog's "case".....years prior to winning an interim title.

Shit's weak, sahn.

Well he was not in the UFC, he was in the best paying orgs
So it was difficult to fight the UFC champs

+ Big Nog was Interim Champ

Mir - 14 years after losing the UFC title
Rampage - 11 years after
Randleman (not Sonnen) - 4 years after
Coleman - 5 and 7 years after
Sylvia - 1 year after
Arlovski - 3 years after
Nog - 4 and 5 years prior to winning an interim title that he held for 10 months (1 fight)

He beat 6 FORMER UFC champions, on average, 6.5 years after they were champion. He also beat one future UFC interim champion 4-5 years before he briefly held that title.

Be real, homie.

Fedor beat 3 UFC champions. You need to get another hobby
Gsp beat Matt Hughes, Matt serra, Johnny, Bj, bisping. That's 5 ufc champions that I can think of right of without looking at his resume. Could add in long reigning strikforce champ diaz and former wec champ Condit to that list too.

Gsp has a much better resume with more former champs that he has beaten compared to fedors Hong man choi's and zulu's

How many choi's or zulu's do you see on gsp's resume? Answer that!

Serra was an unranked WW when he won the title from GSP, and would've never been a champion had he not beat GSP. Weird to count him, even though it technically counts. Hendricks wasn't a champ when GSP "beat" him, and to count that "win" as something substantial is also weird. Even using Bisping in that argument is a little fucky, but it is also technically correct.

That said, GSP's resume shits all over Fedro's. Yet, it's probably the second or third most exaggerated resume in MMA history.

How many UFC champions did Silva beat?

Fedor resume was as good as you can get up to 2006, which is the year both Silva and GSP become UFC champs and start a new era.
Sylvia and Arlovski are two UFC champs from Fedor's generation. Nog and Mirko were another two of that or superior caliber

"Most iconic", whoever suffered more KOs late in their carrer... Apples and oranges. <{cum@me}>

What does Silva have to do with it? I'll play, though:

Silva beat 4 different UFC champs, 1 of them twice. He never allowed anyone else to become champion at MW for 7+ years, so he had to beat the former champ in the weightclass above (1 fight removed from losing his title) and unify the PRIDE WW (183lbs) and UFC MW (185lbs) titles vs a former UFC and PRIDE tournament champion - who happens to be the only man in PRIDE history to win (and hold) championships in multiple weight classes.

Franklin (x2)
Hendo
Belfort
Griffin

Let's not forget Sakurai, my friend. #1 WW and #1 p4p when Silva took his belt. Vitor's the worst mention on his list, but more on par with most of Fedro's mentions. He was a UFC HW tournament champ 14 years prior, and LHW champ (#1 bullshit) 7 years prior.

Bader twice in the first rd. In two fights the guy couldn't even last 5 minutes
Sure but what exactly is the point in going on and on about losses WAY after someone's prime?

Fedor's might frightens and confuses them.

Yeah that must be it, otherwise why bring up fights years and years after his prime that even his fans didn't think he was going to win.

Jesus, I hate this place sometimes. Fedor was great, but "iconic" would imply a legendary figure that is synonymous with the sport. Considering most people only watch UFC, Fedor is pretty much disqualified by that alone.
