If some people want to pretend they are what they are biologically not that's OK buy that doesn't mean they should be allowed to invade the situations that are separated by biology. Now if it's a single person locker or bathroom then it doesn't matter but shared spaces are different.

Trans is a feeling or more acute a malfunction in the brain not the body the same as other malfunctions of the brain. The real trans anyway with children I think it more environmental as on home life or confusion do to hormone changes. That's why any chemical or surgical changes should not be allowed until reaching 18 years old except in a very small present that are born intersex with both male and female biology. Even then it's a delicate matter determining which is the way to go even for the person.

how do you legislate bathrooms and locker rooms if people are discrete in their use of the facilities?

again, to me, people should be forced to be discrete even in locker rooms. i don't understand people who just walk around naked in locker rooms. don't openly swing your dick around unless someone invites you to do so. and codify THAT in the law.

It shouldn't need to be legislated. We've been able to police our own bathrooms for decades up until recently. If a man got caught going in the women's bathroom, he would be accosted or kicked out. These days if a man gets caught going in the women's bathroom, the person accosting gets fired from their job for protecting women.

Whether or not the man is swinging his dick around in a locker room is not the point. Would you want a man putting his eyes on your daughter as she discreetly changed into a bathing suit? Would you want him alone with her in a situation like that? A dick swinging out in the open is not required for a female to be in danger or uncomfortable.

we are talking about trans women, not just a guy who decides he wants to go creep on women. a man violating privacy of women with no pretense of being trans should be illegal. and is in most jurisdictions as far as i know. and it's not a valid defense to just say i felt like a woman that day.

again, people like you want trans men to use the woman's facility. individuals who look like a guy, dress like a guy, testosterone of a guy, beard, using woman's facilities.

legislate the pervs and protect the well intentioned innocents.

Plenty of locker rooms have open locker areas for dressing, well here in the US anyway.

No you can't do a Dundee on every person going into a shared bathroom but you make it a crime for males that are pre op to use shared locker rooms and bathrooms and such and they go on the sex offender registry.

Will this stop all of it, no but it will discourage it for sure and at the very least they will be scared and have to hid themselves. This is for shared facilities only and they would not be gender neutral facilities which would have to be marked clearly they are gender neutral or not.

In your first sentence, you imply it's impossible legislate bathrooms and locker rooms.

In your second paragraph, you say they should make a law (legislate) saying you shouldn't be able to swing your dick around in locker rooms.

Those are two completely opposite statements. If you can legislate showing your dick in locker rooms, you can also outright ban biological males in locker rooms too.
