On the street means with no time limit, not with shotguns and hand grenades you dumbass
that sounds like a pretty big exaggeration. he clearly had Ian hurt and was relatively close to stopping him.Awesome win but it was not really hard to know Carlos had been given cans so bad that the "killer" meme was bullshit and he did not pose any real danger to Ian which was demonstrated by Ian doing exactly what he told us he would do. Its crazy if his team really thought this was going to be an easy win but I doubt they would be that stupid being nerds and all .
That's always a point people conveniently forget. If someone is really going to use the ludicrous logic of "street fights" (which is still stupid to do) then we're not looking at round 6, we're looking at the end of round 1. People hear "time limit" and they default to the final bell, instead of the first one.Didn't Garry take the fight on bout 3 weeks notice? A 5 round fight at that, he'd have been justified stipulating it being a 3 rounder. Also if he was winning every round by the time the bell sounded and the reset allowed the momentum to halt, why do you think on the streets Prates would have won because of the 5th round, why would the complexion of the fight have looked anything like that if there were no breaks? You fucking stupid fans gotta stop talking.
There are shotguns on the street. Everyone is making fun of you, for good reason, and the fact you can't see that and call someone else a dumbass is hilariousOn the street means with no time limit, not with shotguns and hand grenades you dumbass
I don't know man, he is obviously dangerous but skill wise he got pieced up and ian had the smaller reach. If you can make the fighter so tired he cannot do a couple of hammer punches, that is skill. I am not saying Carlos is bad, I am just saying in no way was Ian going to be easy for him and people are underestimating how outclassed he was at his only weapon, striking and walking forward.that sounds like a pretty big exaggeration. he clearly had Ian hurt and was relatively close to stopping him.
I dont think people thought it would be easy, Machado is a huge step in competition. Garry was the favorite going into the fight.I don't know man, he is obviously dangerous but skill wise he got pieced up and ian had the smaller reach. Ian DOMINATED 4 3/4 of the Fight. Being SALTY doesn't change reality. It's a strange feeling that leaves this fight. Ian won on the scorecards but in the street or with just another round he would surely have been killed.
Does this in any way diminish the value of his victory?

Dominated? Are you retarded? Prates didn't fight most of the fight and the best Garry could do is throw jabs and obvious kicks that got blocked. Prates fights for 2 rounds and comes within a few strikes of finishing Garry. He took a fight on short notice against a dangerous rising prospect and dominated most of the fight. Garry did very well. Ko power is great, but fight iq won this one.
Because his "winning" was landing peppering shots that were getting blocked and Prates nearly ended his ass in the fifth. Try using your head, retard.Didn't Garry take the fight on bout 3 weeks notice? A 5 round fight at that, he'd have been justified stipulating it being a 3 rounder.
