I actually respect them alittle more now for being 100% honest.

They could have pulled a Rian Johnson and be in complete denial of the fan reaction.

What doesn't make sense to me is Seasons 1-4 were epic. So epoc they're possibly the best four seasons of TV ever. Seasons 5&6 were great, but with a few issues. But Seasons 7&8 they took a giant shit on the quality.

I don't think it just was 'they ran out of books to adapt' because Season 6 was overall great.

Oh well, I guess we'll never know unless they want to be REALLY honest.
