Agreed although this would be like a minor league team featuring a young Ohtani, Mike Trout and Clayton Kershaw. That’s the kind of prospect that Steveson is at heavyweight. I still agree that it’s waaaaay too soon for him to be fighting Francis but I do expect him to dominate for a while.

Why is the UFC not signing Gable yet… I would hate to see the best HW prospect in many years end up signing outside of the premier MMA organization.

He's 25 years old and just turned pro 3 months ago. Seems a bit premature to pretend if he's not in the UFC for his 3rd pro fight that it'll be too late. He could still win a title in another org and sign with the UFC in a couple years, or he could flop and lose to some can and still recover and sign with the UFC later.
