Audit goes forward. Ironically enough, Ray Lewis' lawyer did a good job getting it dismissed, trying to get the county off... hoping it will ALL be dismissed, however, judge now rules specific individuals who could be held to criminal charges are now subjects rather than the county, thanks to the criminal lawyer.

A judge dismissed most of a lawsuit Thursday seeking a deep inspection of Fulton County absentee ballots from last year’s presidential election, a review pursued by voters trying to find fraud.

Superior Court Judge Brian Amero’s ruling jeopardizes the prospects for the ballot inspection to continue, though a plaintiff in the lawsuit said he believes it will soon move forward.

The case is an attempt to scrutinize 147,000 absentee ballots based on claims by Republicans who suspected there were counterfeit ballots during a manual recount of November’s election results. Election officials have said there’s no indication of fraud after multiple recounts and investigations.

An attorney for the Fulton elections board said the ruling prevents the possibility for an in-person review of absentee ballots using high-powered microscopes in the Georgia World Congress Center, as sought by those who believe fraud produced Democrat Joe Biden’s 12,000-vote win in Georgia over Republican Donald Trump.

“That litigation is finished,” said Don Samuel, a prominent Atlanta attorney hired by the Fulton elections board. “Is there going to be an audit? Not right now. ... There’s no discovery permitted. There’s no lawsuit pending anymore.”

And keep in mind that the initial court case was about 17-18 thousand ballots being all the same copy/print out, that have since already been scanned, examined, presented to the judge, and deemed credible in previous hearings and now were getting to dispositions from defendents, which was then stayed to hire criminal defense lawyers.

Since then, even more evidence came out, including the SOS own reports lol

VoterGa.org had a press conference today, showing preliminary results from their audit. Next court date is early audit and they are still sifting through all the ballot images. Garland also talks about roadblocks they have had with investigations due to corrupt SOS office and DAs

This is the "new evidence" Tucker says he will be discussing tomorrow night.



This video is a decent summary and includes the obviously fraudulent tally sheets. Also that out of 40K entries so far, there is an error rate of about 60% from what is reported vs what is actually on the BALLOTS.

Also finds batches have been double scanned and counted as different batches and/or are copies of ballots (As per the affidavits and legislative testimonies).

Why the hell do journalists use twitter for all their reporting. I miss the days of the News paper or even just News sites.

Imagine if there was just a heap of ballot workers who hated Trump so much that they took it upon themselves to drop votes here and there or scan multiple.

I still don't think the election was stolen, but I sure as hell think they should be getting together to get these voting bills passed in a bipartisan way.
Both sides should work together because it really looks possible a bunch of poll workers could change your election if they chose to. I don't think it happened anymore than other elections, but all these changes definitely made it seem like it could have. ID's, no ballot harvesting, easy access to polling stations, hell I think voting should be made compulsory like we do here in Australia. My partner worked the polls for our last federal election. There is no way any of this stuff can happen here on any decent scale. No bags in and out of counting areas, sign in/sign out and actually being observed together whilst you count. Electronic voting is flawed in itself for votes of this level if all it takes is losing a USB for votes to disappear.

Heather? lol, she is a TV anchor, but no main news paper or outlet will touch this stuff, so how else would you hear it? It is how Trump was effective by bypassing normal channels to get the message directly out.

As mentioned in the press conference, and in the past, the majority of poll workers (who were not the republicans that were kicked out) and workers for the audit were from Happy Face staffing, which Stacey Abrams is apart of... so that basically is exactly what you mention about ballot workers.



Also, this press conference was about comparing the ballots they already obtained from a preexisting court ruling, and now comparing with the audit from the SOS office. From the previous ruling, they already have almost 20k ballots that seem copied/printed out. Now this is new excidence being added to that same court case. Next hearing will be early August.

It was more just a comment on the state of affairs in journalism. It's the same reason you see people with Iphones at protests with press written on their PPE with sharpies.
Journalism is just bias stories these days and it's sad.

Be interesting how it all rolls out, but I think the ship has sailed. We will probably find out a few years from now that trump actually won more votes, biden still technically won the election and the Democrats will be calling for voter ID laws when they lose the next election and only have the Executive branch.

It just seems like the whole process is pretty flawed if this stuff pops up every election cycle.
