Fury by KO

just watched the majority of it, Fury actually landed his share of punches but he couldn't do anything to Usyk and he looked just awful, absolutely awful. confused, lost but give him credit, he was trying the whole time but Usyk was just right there back in his face after anything he did.

I agree it's otherworldly but he was wobbled more than I've ever seen tonight. Fury was just too "scared" to follow up due to worries about later round energy I guess. Fury was pretty much checkmated before he started.
I didn't see that, at what points, let me check. i just watched a pirated version which wasn't very complete but I got the gist of the fight. Fury was putting his all into the punches though, he was grunting and shit, presumably thinking he could wear down and hurt uysk, i didn't see any thing that made me think usyk was actually bothered though. Fury looked awful beyond what I should say here, just terrible.

Very clever. If you didn't see him wobbled at least 3 times through the fight, you weren't watching closely.
i believe you, tell me at which points, Fury was really trying to hurt him, the punches i saw that landed clean didn't really have an effect but a man that much bigger, well, i can believe it. Not enough though.

Sorry pal. Fury lost, again. There was no controversy. No knockdown was needed for Usyk to beat him either.
I didn’t care either way. Usyk winning wasn’t exactly a robbery but 116-112 was too wide. I will concede that a lot of the rounds were very close but I had it a draw.

There were moments it looked like he could be on his way to one, but that second huge left Usyk landed changed the momentum of the fight permanently. It's too bad, there won't be a third fight now I think, Usyk is just too good. He has better pace, better cardio, more accurate, and more power too. Can't do anything about that.
Usyk has almost everything over Fury. Except height and reach. The 60lbs Fury has on him is just blubber. Usyk is stronger than his pelican legged, big bellied friend.

Your view of the fight doesn’t pass your username test.
I'm neuro divergent too, bro. Surely your challenges seem much steeper, but you can learn and improve. Gotta study, pay attention, have real dedication. Every single day. Always.
Cheers!

It isn't too wide. Many ringside observers and media outlets had that exact same score or even wider. I just randomly Googled for a couple. Here's how they scored it.

Bad Left Hook only had Fury winning 4 rounds: 1, 5, 9 & 10.

Usyk vs Fury 2: Live streaming results, round by round, how to watch, start time, PPV price, full card info

The New York Times only had Fury winning 3 rounds.

“I have Usyk winning easily, taking nine of the 12 rounds, so 117-111. Of course, several of those rounds, especially at the beginning, were reasonably close. But Fury in the last round used the back of his hands to slap at Usyk, the kind of maneuver you usually only see in desperation. This is boxing. Anything can happen. But Usyk has been disciplined from start to finish and Fury never mounted much of a significant threat.”

You’re probably just gay

I did.

And I was still surprised by what happened.

And I'm not on the 'Paul's fights are rigged' train but, and I know Mike is 58, but something did look really odd, watching it back. Like, Mike jabbed him and had a clear opening, then just didn't punch. He's never held back in his life, he never does, against anybody... so I really doubt Jake Paul struck fear into his heart, so, I don't get that. Honestly think that Jake Paul 'if you go more than 5 rounds I'll double your purse' or w.e it was - could have been a motivator. That is like open fight fixing. It's basically saying to Tyson - don't try knock me out rounds 1/2 or I'll pay you half.
Just the fact that you would give a 58 year old busted drug addict, a shell of a former boxer, even a ounce of a chance, says it all- lol you actually bought into it
Now you want to chirp about this
Stop making prediction threads dude

Yeah obviously not enough effect. If you can see this video, around 0:09,0:18 and 0:23 you can see what I mean, effective punches that make usyk lose balance/stagger a little. Just felt that's more than I've seen in the past.

says i can't see it in my country though.

that blubber, i don't get how he thought 12 pounds of blubber would help him, i just watched one of my fave box channels and he says that might have made the difference in fury not getting hurt. I dunno. It helped him little if any more than likely.

He came in heavier for the second Wilder fight but he fought like a big man for once and he was fighting a guy who didn't have anything but a right anyways. I don't see how that approach would help him here. Fury's best chance was to fight the wilder 2 type of fight, back his man up, impose his will, even then usyk woulda had answers but at least he would have had a shot instead of allowing the little guy to pressure him the entire fights, Fury rarely does the sensible things though.

Usyk's counter grappling was something else too. Fury really did try to lean on him and smother him but Usyk either fought inside or spread his arms out to push Fury's off him

Not sure why people want a 3rd fight? Usyk won both convincingly! I’d rather see Dubois get a rematch. He gave usyk a tough fight and has clearly improved since they last fought. His last 3 performances have been the 3 best of his career. Mentally he seems to be in a very different place now as well. Confidence is sky high. If not Dubois I’m not sure who he fights unless he goes back to CW and Opetaia/rameirez, though I just can’t see that happening

Usyk's chin is granite. He's been buzzed before but he's never been that badly hurt or dropped (officially). Fury just doesn't have the firepower and neither did Joshua, Dubois, Gassiev or Briedis. He'll be 38 next month. Then there's the fact that he's badly undersized compared to the other top heavyweights. Eventually his chin could crack with age but I doubt he'll be around much longer. Rematching Dubois is a very dangerous move. He'd be wise to retire and go out on top while he's still undefeated. He just made over $100 million in this fight alone. What's left?

Gassiev is the only guy I’ve really seen hurt usyk, other than the Dubois ‘low blow’? He hit him to the body at the end of one of the rounds and it clearly affected him. However blink and you’d have missed it, it was the only thing he did all fight

Thought it might, I put when in each round below the video anyway for your consideration. In hindsight I might have been overly alert to any signs Usyk might be hurt by fury’s punches this time round. IMO fury had to stop him or damn near it to win, so for me that would be the story of the fight: to what extent will fury manage to hurt him?

I saw the start of Usyk reacting to punches, in real time he looked staggered but I think it was more Usyk moving away from danger while his balance ability was slightly affected by the punches but I was perceiving it as AJ style full wobble/staggering. Seeing what I wanted to see a little bit I guess as well as awkward viewing angles.
