Full kit w**kers, now an MMA problem? Challenge....

...if not lack of interest, what's your explanation for why America isn't top dog in soccer? It is the third largest country in the world, and the two above it are more racially homogeneous and much less wealthy. The US has over 300M people, lots of money, is very multiethnic, has a strong sports culture...does this sound like the profile of a country that would be bad at soccer? Doesn't to me. It sounds like social reasons--i.e. lack of interest--plays a the main role in why they don't do well.

That will probably change in the next decade or so, though, as the ever increasing number of Latin American immigrants popularize soccer.
and the UK becomes fucking brilliant at kabaddi.

Can't wait for Goldberg to shill his soul out and show up in a full kit.

Couple of questions I have about the photo above:

1) Why is there even a menu option for quantity? How many of these could you possibly want?

2) Related point - there is an orange band saying "Few Left" on the lower left-hand corner. This is puzzling - how many pairs of shorts did Karate Hottie go through on Fight Night?

3) Lastly, the price.

I don't understand why the Ufc is in charge of this.
However this must at the very least be optional for the fighter.

1) Because it's a website and that's the template.

3) Men's gear sells for more. Game worn memorabilia always has a higher price tag.

I had never heard of the term "full kit wankers" before and it's pretty funny...
You might not believe, but there are almost no full kit wankers here in Brazil!
You'll see jerseys everywhere, but the full kit? It just doesn't happen when you're over 10 years old.
I guess we're not that big of soccer fans as we think we are! haha I'll wear my team's jersey pretty much everywhere, but never the full kit! haha

Do they wash them first?

You seem to have some knowledge on the subject.
When game worn memorabilia is sold is the fighter and or athlete generally the sole proprietor in the transaction, or is it not uncommon for the league or athletic organization to be in charge of the said merchandise ?.

If you don't know that is cool. I am just curious.

I'm not certain, but it likely varies depending on the sport and player.

I'm pretty sure NFL or NFL teams sell the game worn gear, not just the players.

I think in some instances players will be allowed to keep the gear, but technically the team and/or league owns the equipment.

I really am not an expert in this I just know in terms of sports memorabilia game worn equipment sells at a premium.

The money for the gear goes to the UFC/Reebok but the fighters get a cut of sales of everything with their names on them. I have no idea about other sports but I would assume it's a league/player split in terms of the profit.
