I didn't hear that the entire nation of the United States has been banned from International competitions like the entire nation of Russia has at times. You must know something no one else does?

Nope, you're completely correct. The U.S. has been far more successful at getting their competition banned from Olympic competition than the Russians have, despite doing the exact same crimes as them.

For example, was the U.S. banned from the Olympics after we all found out that they covered up positive drug tests for 20 years? Was Carl Lewis stripped of his medal even though he shouldn't have even been competing due to failing drug tests leading up to the Olympics? Nope. They literally took the medal from Ben Johnson for being on steroids and gave it to Carl Lewis... who was on steroids.

Pretending Americans don't do steroids just as much as Russia is just cope to a pathetic level though.

If they all fought like Muhammad Mokaev, then definitely. If they all fought like Islam Makhachev or Khamzat Chimaev, viewership might actually go up. A drop off would be because of the style, not because they're from Dagestan or Chechnya.
