As Dubois’ licensed promoter he has now publicly instructed the BBBofC to release a copy of the letter that Dr. Neil wrote declaring Dubois as medically unfit to fight Parker. Authorization shall apply to “anybody” that requests it. I visited the BBBofC’s website and looked at their personnel. Sure enough Dr. Neil Scott’s name is listed on there alongside office contact information. Simply tell them that you’re an investigative journalist that covers boxing and would like to address the various conspiracy theories floating around out there. I'm not one of the skeptics. I've always believed that Dubois wasn't medically fit to fight Parker. A medical doctor with the British Boxing Board of Control evaluated his health and didn't clear him. We now know the name of the doctor, that a letter exists, and the public has been given permission by Dubois' promoter to obtain a copy of this letter.

i dont know the laws in your country, but if i go to a doctor over in the UK and ask for a patients medical records, i will be politely told to fuck off, regardless of consent by a boxing promoter

We do have protection against that here with laws like HIPAA. However, his illness was already publicly disclosed by his team just vaguely. Basically he was said to have the flu or something similar. Warren explicitly gave the public permission to obtain a copy of whatever is in this letter. Is there sensitive information in it that is too risky to be disclosed? Simply redact those parts. To skeptics it's more about the existence of this record proving that he wasn't cleared to fight than its actual contents. They don't believe he even had an illness at all.

Yeah I saw this last night. If this were to take place in Britain Turki's not going to pay for it. He wants it in Saudi because he's Usyk's co-promoter and it'd be another undisputed fight that he'd want to host there.

i think Parker was just a bit of a banana skin that he possibly didn't want to step on, certainly if he wasnt at near 100%, Parker is a lot trickier than his(Dubois) previous 3 wins

I dont blame him, i just didnt see any massive hate about him puling out of the fight or accusations being thrown about TBH

but im sure the WBO have ordered a mandatory for Usyk in Parker and the IBF have ordered Dubois to fight Chisora now

There are a significant number of people that believe Dubois swerved Parker. I've already shared some of those videos alleging that he ducked in other threads. It's nonsense. Dubois has fought better opponents and been in bigger fights.

The WBO has ordered Usyk to fight Parker but have already said that if Usyk vs Dubois is made in the next couple weeks then they can just file for that unification fight to take precedence. I've heard that Dubois vs Chisora could be next if they don't get the Usyk fight for whatever reason. Usyk is signed with Turki and K2 Promotions. He has two promoters like Fury had (Top Rank who took the lead in the US & Queensberry Promotions in the UK).

I dont really consider Dubois a champion TBH so i wont lose sleep over it, he got given his belt and beat Joshua, who didnt have a belt so meh

waiting to see Usyks next move, possibly the only sensible options for Usytk at this point are him v Parker or him v Dubois..and then retirement, he cant keep beating guys twice
