Frank Mir "Cain Velasquez showed that Junior Dos Santos has no ground defense"

but frank, if you cant get him on the ground then your game is no use.

i hate how mir always trashes people who he has lost to. frank mir would lose to jds 99 times out of 100 and he still talks shit. he got lucky by getting out of the cain fight when he did.
 
JDS got up more times from his back in 25 minutes than Mir has in his entire career.
 
Nothing wrong with his ground defense. He didn't get submitted and did get up a few times. He has no attacks from his back, though.
 
Another guy butthurt because he couldn't get the fight there and got blasted on the feet.
