Ya, seems PFL is the front runner. My question is, if nobody else can afford him (including UFC) how is PFL able to fork over enough to get him to sign?

i think he can do a couple of 100K buys v a bum in PFL. There is certainly some interest, but like 500K buys or anything.

If it's against a nobody in PFL he's gonna max out at 100k buys, who's gonna care about that?

I would think so. Why wouldn’t ANY promotion (other than UFC) offer that? I mean, if that’s the sticking point for him, it seems dumb for lesser promotions to not allow this and lose him as a fighter in there roster

I wish him the best, but I don't think Ngannou is half as big as he thinks he is. He doesn't really have hardcore following as guys from PRIDE, and don't really think he went mainstream either.

Personally, I think he would have mopped the floor with Jon Jones and sent his head to a shadow realm and think Jones knew this and not a coincidence he was away for so long and came back literally right after Ngannou left. So, I'd think that means I believe he is the best HW in the world.

But, there is not a single attractive match up for Ngannou outside UFC. Maybe just one, Bader at Bellator, and even then, it's Meh. I think Bader at HW is very good though.

So, even though I'm curious where he goes, and wish him the best, and it sounds like PFL is the only mma org he is linked with, and he can't really box lol, I gotta say

Good luck to him though, not sure where he goes I guess. I thought he made a mistake when he left, and it's not been looking good, but hopefully he does well. I think he goes where the most money is.
