BKFC didn't do this, they said he was too expensive. They made themselves look like a bush league that couldn't afford him, which they are. ONE did do this, 4D chess play right there, their event in american soil is tomorrow. Perfect timing to get on the news and make people aware of his promotion

I guess being on top of what you want for your own negotiations in your own words, without a person speaking for you in their top secret negotiations, is a bad thing to those who aren't involved.
Seems like maybe looking out to shape your own future the way you would prefer to live isn't for everybody. Ridicule away...Francis has balls.

How do you know he fucked up? Are you a time traveller? You've seen the future and know that he went to street beefs and failed to sign a fight with a top boxer? You're acting like all has been said and done and we're looking back at the past instead of an ongoing thing. What happens if he signs a $20 million deal with PFL and then books a fight with deontay wilder next year?

Everyone here knows the behind the scenes machinations from every side. They're aware of every dollar that was offered, number of fights involved and details. They know the other things Francis asked for weren't real sticking points. Dana was right. Jones was right. ONE really did offer $20 million. Jones was afraid. Francis was ducking. He'll still get boxing money but he won't.

Blah. Blah. Blah. Blah.

No one really knows anything.

He lost the linear tv deal with TNT / TBS and the B/R deal. They desperately wanted another more lucrative linear tv deal but they devalued themselves and failed (even with a great lead-in and perfect demographic or tap like AEW). The B/R deal was around $5 million a year and the Amazon deal is half that (reliable sources have said like Nash from B/E). I can’t see how they can afford to pay NNN twice as much as the best deal they’ve got in Amazon pays them over a span of 5 years. They’re grossly in debt and no barter transactions or round of investing will justify paying any fighter that much. It would make sense if ONE had a PPV footprint in the North America and Western Europe.

I'll watch Franics fight in any org because he's one of a handful heavyweight fighters on planet earth that is of interest to me. I could care less what the logo on the cage floor says and an announcer telling me to eat corn nuts. I watch and pay for the fighters, not the promotion.
