Love the attempt at being coy with the thread title as if there was another former UFC champion awaiting sentencing for a felony
Source on him being the wrong dude ?
Bro, are you dumb? What's even the point in your questions AFTER you should already have the info?I get it, he was in the car and got injured - but he still shot at the right![]()
He was convicted under California law. A president can't pardon state charges.Watch Trump pardon him.
Fucking 4-5 years are impressionable, I can convince them that there is a monster in their closet trying to eat them in like 2 mins.
Underlined an important word. Why is his reaction the kid might have lied ? Why would his kid come home and say that that guy touched him inapropriately many times ?
Cain is guilty, poor guy who got injured.
But what has been ruled for the alleged molester ?
Why would his son make up that guy puting his paws on his private parts ? To the point it made Cain, as a father, go as far as do what he did ?Underlined an important word.
Let me ask this in return. Why are the first words out of the mouths of most people who are in here to remind us how vocally anti child molester they are (as if that's a special opinion to have) not "God, I hope that's not true" or "I hope the kid wasn't molested" or something like that?
As a matter of fact, not only do those people need to prompted with that possibility, but some actually fight back against it even being suggested and act as if the people reminding them that it might not be true are themselves sick people. That is, to me, walking dangerously into the "doth protest too much" category, which unfortunately shows a LOT of significant numbers in their own criminal charges and convictions.
He's spent a little bit of time in jail already right? Plus house arrest? Will that count towards his sentenced time?
If so the dude could literally be out like a year from now or so
"This is awful" lol, it's more like a gift from the Gods or something..
Didn't read, you don't have kids, you'll never understand unless you find a woman pathic enough to procreate with a beta male. No, normal is the reaction of the average human, and history has shown that Cain’s reaction is anything but the average human.
How many molestation cases have we had throughout the years? Millions.
How many of those resulted in first degree attempted murder? Less than a hand full.
He was facing 20 years to life, so yeah, he got off really well. Glad for him. He's spent a little bit of time in jail already right? Plus house arrest? Will that count towards his sentenced time?

When you’re out free on bail, I don’t see how that’s time served? The time served should be if you were sitting in a jail cell all that time.People ALWAYS get time served, the short sentence would have to be ridiculous in this case
Very much a win. 5 years with credit given for the 1283 days of house arrest (3.5 years). That's amazing for him. He's probably almost eligible for parole already.Pretty much a win for Cain, realistically the best possible outcome. Let's hope the remaining year in prison goes by without any issues.
House arrest is different than being out on bail. Apparently he was on house arrest for most of that time. I was not aware he was on house arrest. That was a shrewd move on the part of his attorneys. When you’re out free on bail, I don’t see how that’s time served? The time served should be if you were sitting in a jail cell all that time.
Ah, the home arrest stuff. I getcha. When you’re out free on bail, I don’t see how that’s time served? The time served should be if you were sitting in a jail cell all that time.
