Watch Trump pardon him.

DC cries to Rogan/Dana, they speak with Trump, Done. Trump even says Cain represents what America stands for, and that he loves hard-working Mexicans.

You sound all sorts of wrong. Why don't you mention all the milions cases of :eek::eek::eek::eek:s actually abusing kids and it being true and often not even comming out to the justice system.

Like you got some personal emotional connection with this topic
 
Pretty much a win for Cain, realistically the best possible outcome. Let's hope the remaining year in prison goes by without any issues.
 
Cain was hasty shooting at someone, especially since he could kill most people bare handed. He was hoping to hit the :eek::eek::eek::eek:phile, but did endanger others. I would have charged him with reckless endangerment, given him 2 years plus some probation, and that is all.
 
He's spent a little bit of time in jail already right? Plus house arrest? Will that count towards his sentenced time?

If so the dude could literally be out like a year from now or so

Let me ask this in return. Why are the first words out of the mouths of most people who are in here to remind us how vocally anti child molester they are (as if that's a special opinion to have) not "God, I hope that's not true" or "I hope the kid wasn't molested" or something like that?

As a matter of fact, not only do those people need to prompted with that possibility, but some actually fight back against it even being suggested and act as if the people reminding them that it might not be true are themselves sick people. That is, to me, walking dangerously into the "doth protest too much" category, which unfortunately shows a LOT of significant numbers in their own criminal charges and convictions.

Why would his son make up that guy puting his paws on his private parts ? To the point it made Cain, as a father, go as far as do what he did ?

Like why would a 4 year old randomly make up stories about getting touched ?

It did say he will get credit for time served.

He was facing 20 years to life, so yeah, he got off really well. Glad for him.

Very much a win. 5 years with credit given for the 1283 days of house arrest (3.5 years). That's amazing for him. He's probably almost eligible for parole already.

House arrest is different than being out on bail. Apparently he was on house arrest for most of that time. I was not aware he was on house arrest. That was a shrewd move on the part of his attorneys.

Ah, the home arrest stuff. I getcha.

Yeah, I guess. But on the flip side, if people can serve home arrest or labor programs as an alternative to jail sentences, then I guess they gotta count when people are on them before the sentence too. To me though, any kind of presentence monitoring should just be considered monitoring.
