I was 20 years old when I posted my last reply to this thread. I turn 37 next month and I now have two kids and a wife. I'm currently much weaker and out of shape, but I'm determined to get back where I was 17 years ago.

Deadlift: I hurt my back lifting my kids. Therefore, low weight.

welcome back and a good start
I'm in a similar boat stopped lifting consistent for almost ten years partly from having kids and full time work
glad to not be the only one round here feeling like I'm closing my way back up

it's worth it though
I beaches 115kg and it felt good the other day first time I benched that much in almost a decade
just stick with it and your body will remember how to get it back

At least they didn't delete your old training log. My first one got wiped due to the age of the thing (noting it was in use 1-2 times a day).
