The title of the article literally calls them flash mob thieves. You're whining about nothing.

So you're not allowed to use a descriptor ahead of the word thieves? A flash mob of thieves can't be called flash mob thieves? You started crying over nothing and got called on it. Own it.I'm not wrong and you know it.
pesos worth of clothing. Which is the equivalent of 30k I believe

Disclaimer: I thought I would include our spanish friends in the conversation and thats my reason to use pesos instead.

You used the dollar sign in your thread title. And now you're talking about 30k. 30k of what?
Yeah okay petunia. Did the article mention half a million fucking dollars too you fucking idiot troll? Change your title to reflect the actual amount taken as dollars OR pesos you dipshitWTH is your problem? I didnt call them that, the journalist who wrote the article did. Back the fuck off.
I saw one posted here a couple of years ago where a guy robs a cell phone store and the chick working there runs out and locks the guy inside. There’s about a 10 minute video showing him gradually starting to panic more and more until he finally begs her to let him go. Then the cops show up. It’s hilarious.I've seen videos of people sneaking out and locking robbers inside stores though and it always makes me laugh.
I'm not saying the workers should do something to the people,.. again there should be way you can hit a remote lock so they can't get out and it automatically calls the cops.. they don't have to stop anyone, just wait for the cops to show up.
I meant with these big stores, like the mall stores... Apple, clothing stores, etc. The ones that usually get knocked off.I'm not sure i'd want to lock a group of thieves in a room with a poor store clerk.
We're the thieves explosive and athletic?pesos worth of clothing. Which is the equivalent of 30k I believe it up

Yeah that one checks out.“A store representative said that the only section of merchandise left untouched was that which contained the work boots.”

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are searching for a group of teenagers that looted and damaged property inside of a Walgreens store on 18th and South streets Thursday night.
A cashier was injured when he tried to intervene, hit in the head with a glass bottle.
"About 60 juveniles walked into the establishment and began removing things from the shelves, destroying property inside the store. The cashier attempted to intervene and some heavy item - I believe it was a bottle - was thrown at him, striking him in the head," said Captain Sekou Kinebrew of the Philadelphia Police Department.
When I worked in retail we were told to just give that shit away if someone tried to rob us. 0 point even risking any bodily harm for huge businesses that dont give a fuck about youIf you're working retail for minimum wage and a large group of people walk in and start stealing shit, you're not risking your life to save overpriced merchandise. And you're probably not going to care that shit got stolen. The only people who will is whoever owns the place.
When I was 16 and working at a gas station, do you think I cared if someone was stealing forties from the fridge? Fuck no. 6.50 an hour isn't worth caring about the merch, and certainly isn't worth taking actual measures to stop the crime from happening. Multiply that by an entire mob coming in and stealing beer, candy, whatever. I'm going to watch it happen, call the police afterwards, and laugh about it with my coworkers the next day.
