This is bait I have the balls to bite.
Because crime, gangs, and drugs cultures are more accepted (if not endorced) in the black community than any of the other racial communities within America.
Within their entertainment focused on black youths, it is outright praised.

I could post 50 more examples, but I think you get the point.
And, the effect of a 70% single mother rating is not a small factor in the issue. Fathers abandoning their children has a devastating effect on all aspects of a child's life.

Too loud is acting white? He’s doesn’t really mean culture, he means black people. Don’t worry, it’s cool, he’s been pretending to be black online lately.
Elements of what I’m about to say are racist, and it’s only my anecdotal observation of what others have said so take it for what it’s worth. But when my Asian aunties and uncles would say you’re acting white they meant too loud, or disrespectful, or not studious enough. It seems when black people say it it means to opposite. I think that describes what a huge gulf there is between how the two cultures generally perceive themselves (and white people) at least.
I agree with a lot of what you're saying but Boyz n da hood didn't glorify thug life or hip hop culture...
It was more of an indictment against black on black murder.
One of the best films of the 90s, also one of the more important ones
Yet, after Anti-War/Military movie that comes out, enlistment rates skyrocket.
Yes, that point is just an analogy.
But I could let you have that point and replace it with another movie, gangster rap group, or other crime-related influencer.
Hawaii and Taiwanese. Lol ok I didn’t say it the best way, yes Chinese are famously loud and other Asians have that stereotype of them too. But I bet the kids aren’t loud out of turn with their parents. That’s the kind of loud I mean, in a disobedient way. But again, those are all stereotypes anywaysToo loud is acting white?
Holy shit dunno where you live or what kind of Asian but damn the loudest people here are definitely Chinese
How do stereotypes come about? But again, those are all stereotypes anyways
I wouldn’t know in all cases. Some have a kernel of truth to them, like Chinese or black people being loud. Some don’t. Like stereotypes about Polish or blonde people being especially stupid, I haven’t noticed that to be true. In any case one thing all stereotypes have in common is that they’re never always true. There are plenty of quiet Chinese and black people, you just don’t notice them as much. How do stereotypes come about?

Is this a primarily a problem for policymakers (Democratic Party position) or primarily a problem of lack of family values?
