All circuits were done in three minute rounds. 15 second rest between exercises, one minute rest between circuits. Total time: 28 minutes

Impressions: Damn. This was a good conditioning circuit for the upper body. My arms are jello (except for my left forearm, which for some reason feels as if it is made of mohagany). Kept my heartrate way up, and was anaerobic most of the time.
edit: My math sucked after this workout. I had 35's on the bar. 70+45=115, not 95.
