Well, if this doesn't speak for what a Zercher program can do for your lifts, I don't know what will. This doesn't even seam possible. After I did it, I ran into the house and got my spotter just to verify that I was locking it out. I don't even know what to say, except thanks Gordon and Fat Wilhelm for turning me onto the Zercher deadlifts. I strongly suggest everyone who is doing them to max out their deadlifts in a few more sessions.

As for the Zercher deadlifts themselves, 300 was easy, but I got too greedy and just missed (about 3/4 of a rep, but couldn't lock it out) 325. Oh well, I'll hit it next time.
