Usman is 1-3 in his last 4. He shouldn't be anywhere near a #1 contender fight, let alone a title shot.

Although Shavkat has more than earned it, ring rust is a real thing. They should probably have him fight once before going straight to Islam. Do Shavkat vs Prates for the #1 contendership.

And you could probably just give Morales the title shot at this point. Islam vs Morales in Jan or Feb.
